The Forgotten Forest is a new, fantasy themed community located in Kodak – near the I-40 407 exit (Pigeon Forge exit) – between Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and Knoxville, near Douglas Lake.

Ideally Located Cabins
Our cabins are all located in easily accessible resorts (without scary roads). Brookstone Village is only 1/2 a mile off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and Eagles Ridge North is only 2 miles off the Parkway. We now have exciting new fantasy themed properties located in The Forgotten Forest, in Sevier County not far from Exit 407 (the Pigeon Forge exit) off I-40.
